1.) By reading these instructions, you affirm that you have read & agree to the cancellation/refund policy as listed under 'Rates & Booking'.
2.) Once you have read & agree to all terms and conditions, PRINT THIS PAGE and write the ConfirmationNumber given to you at time of booking in the space provided below. This number, along with your Secret Entry Code, will be the key to entering your beach home.
Call 3-4 days prior to arrival to receive Secret Entry Code. Business hours are from 8:00 am - 8:00 pm. We do not answer at 3:00 am, so in case of late night arrivals, these codes are imperative to know. You will be responsible for your entry and obtaining your secret entry code. Keep this page handy as it will provide you with a quick reference to the important information you'll need when you arrive.
Location: From San Antonio, stay on Hwy 37 until you see signs that say North Beach or USS Lexington. Exit Hwy 181.
Cottages: After the Harbor Bridge, take the second exit, Beach Avenue and head toward the beach. Take a left on Gulfbreeze Blvd. to 4601. Cottages will be on your left when you reach the 4-way intersection. They are brightly colored and hard to miss!
There is parking for two vehicles for each cottage. Cottage #4 = 2 spots in front of cottage for unit A and 2 spots under cottage for unit B.
***PLEASE park only in your cottages' designated spaces. DO NOT block someone that you do not know. This is very important as the spaces are designated and you do not want to be towed because you blocked another guest in or out of their parking space.***
Beachwalk House: After the Harbor Bridge, take the second exit, Beach Avenue and head toward the Beach. Take a right on Gulfbreeze Blvd. to 4205. The Beachwalk house will be on your right hand side before the road curves.
There is parking for four vehicles in front of house.
While self-catering is not for everyone, most guests love the idea. We hope you enjoy our home and this laid back Texas beach. No maid service. Bring extra towels and beach towels. Your room comes with 1 toilet paper, 1 paper towel, 1 trash bag. To save you money, we do offer a weekly rate in the off season. If you check out prior to your week, you must let us know. You will be liable for any damage or theft to a unit. Inventory is taken after every stay and damages/missing items will be charged to guest after check out. Please treat our cottage as you would treat your own home that you love. Please take out trash. Make sure all appliances & lights are turned off upon check out. No peeing in beds or pool, rooms that are left dirty are subject to cleaning fees. Make this a pee-free stay!!
Keep thermostat at 72*-75*. Leaving the door or window open with AC on is a violation of rules and a fine of $50.00 a day.
Monthly/weekly guests will be charged for any electric bill in excess of 100.00.
If when you arrive you find anything unkept please call 361-813-9084or361-834-1481 ASAP
and we will bring clean linen or re-clean your room.
We strive for you to have a clean stay. If you arrive after hours, please inform us the following day of any concerns. Hours: 8:00 am - 8:00 pm. Sundays 12:00 pm - 6:00 pm. Just let us know what you need.
Maintenance: You have rented a beach home. Beach homes do need maintenance from time to time. Lawn care, utility ect. Our technicians are very prompt. Thank you in advance for your patience as we work hard to keep the rooms very comfortable. Entry to unit will be necessary for maintenance/pest control. If you have a power outage, please call AEP 866-223-8508 asap. Again, maintenance is a normal part of beach life, not a reason get upset. Relax, as you would at home. This is your beach home for the time you are here. Like the beach house that's been in your family for years, there are games, dishes, linens and other amenities to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
No Smoking inside unit, on balcony or in pool area. Palm leaves burn VERY easy and will start fire!!!!No BBQ on Decks.
Pets: Must have approval to have pet or may be asked to leave property without refund. All pets must have vaccination records.
Mandatory Hurricane Evacuation is only cancellation exception. Receipt available upon request.
